Fees & Costs

All fees are based on hourly rates (see below) in increments of ¼ hour.

INITIAL CLIENT IN-HOME ASSESSMENT

Our staff will determine the present needs of the client.  At that time we will be able to develop a comprehensive plan that will insure the utmost security of your loved one.  $400.

BILL PAY / BOOKKEEPING

Initial setup- develop an efficient plan for bill payment and income receiving,( if client has delinquent or missing accounts search for) -limit of 3 hours- $275.  Monthly bookkeeping services and financial management services- $65 per hour; may vary if services are setup for automatic bill pay over the internet.

HOUSEKEEPING & SHOPPING

$35 per hour

All other services are based on number of visits needed and professional services rendered. These will be determined at the initial assessment visit and as needs change.

CARE MANAGEMENT

Starting at $95 per hour.

MOVING RELOCATION ASSISTANCE

$800 for local move includes coordination of move to new facility and packing of belongings, helping determine what is needed to take to new home, and help hire movers if necessary. We simplify the process, helping to make the transition seamless, while taking care to make the new surroundings as much like home as possible.  If the move is out of the area, fees will be based on a daily/mileage rate.

SEASONAL / HURRICANE

Based on hourly rates (may need travel expense or just closing home).

COMPUTER SET-UP

$65 per hour, plus computer equipment and monthly internet service provider.

PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE / TRUSTEE

Court-ordered percentage.

FINANCIAL SERVICES / ASSET PROTECTION

Free initial consultation, fees based on needs.

GUARDIANSHIPS

Rates are based on type of guardianship, needs of wards, etc. start at $85 per hour or the court appointed rate.
